Simplifying standards. Ensuring safety.
Turning technical requirements into sustainable business outcomes — independent certification built by people who know the road.
Compliance as a tool for growth.
The perceived complexity of international standards often acts as a barrier to progress. Many business leaders view certification as an “advanced” hurdle rather than a business tool. We believe that if more organisations truly understood what these standards require — and realised how a structured management system directly improves sustainability and profitability — adoption would become the industry norm.
By providing technical clarity, we empower companies to stop seeing compliance as a cost — and start using it as a tool for growth.
Four pillars.
Technical clarity
Breaking down the complex into the capable.
International standards often feel “too advanced” or academic for a busy transport operation. We specialise in organised simplification — translating the technical jargon of SANS and ISO into a practical, logical roadmap. We provide the “what” of the standard so your team can confidently master the “how”.
Structural impartiality
Built-in integrity through a “two sets of eyes” approach.
Every audit at Zolabix is governed by the strict requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1. We maintain a total integrity perimeter by separating evidence collection from the final certification decision. You don’t receive a favour; you earn a bulletproof mark of merit that is respected by consignors and regulators alike.
The human-centric safeguard
Verifying adherence to practical, inclusive systems.
A management system is only as strong as its implementation. We provide independent validation that your organisation is adhering to the practical policies and processes designed to protect your stakeholders and your business — a safeguard that leads to a more resilient, profitable organisation, where employees can trust that their safety and well-being are a verified priority.
Operational excellence
Linking compliance to business sustainability.
A safer business is a more profitable business. We help business leaders realise that a well-implemented management system is a tool for efficiency, not a cost. Our audits highlight how compliance protects your assets, reduces your risk, and ensures the long-term sustainability of your operation across Africa.
Independent authority, transporter roots.
Nicci Scott
“Standards only matter when they protect the people who move our world.”
Nicci Scott is not a career auditor; she is a transporter, an advocate, and a catalyst for industry-wide professionalisation. As the founder of the Commercial Transport Academy (CTA) and the SaferStops Association, her influence extends far beyond the audit checklist — championing driver wellness, pioneering the inclusion of women in the sector, and proving that micro-enterprises are more than capable of achieving world-class accreditation. At Zolabix she serves as Managing Director and System Architect, keeping our certification process grounded in the transporter-to-transporter perspective.
Alan Anderson
“We don’t just audit standards; we live them. My job is to ensure our integrity is as high as yours.”
Alan Anderson is the architect of the Zolabix quality management system. As Quality Manager he is the guardian of our ISO/IEC 17021-1 (SANS 17021-1) compliance — overseeing our strict impartiality protocols, managing the technical competence of our auditor network, and ensuring every “two sets of eyes” check is performed with total objectivity. He guarantees that our clients receive a verification process that is fair, transparent, and globally respected.
