Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zolabix website and any services provided by Zolabix (Pty) Ltd (Co. Reg 2018/492540/07). By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

Zolabix provides auditing, certification and verification services including but not limited to: RTMS (SANS 1395:1) certification, ISO management system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000/28001), and greenhouse gas verification (ISO 14064/14065). All certification services are conducted in accordance with applicable SANAS accreditation requirements.

3. Certification Decisions

Zolabix (Pty) Ltd retains full responsibility and authority for all decisions relating to the granting, maintaining, renewing, extending, reducing, suspending and withdrawing of certification. Certification decisions are made by competent individuals appointed by the Managing Director and are based solely on objective audit evidence.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide truthful and accurate information during the audit process; allow access to all relevant facilities, records and personnel; comply with the requirements of the applicable standard; notify Zolabix of any significant changes that may affect certification status; and use the certification mark and logo only in accordance with our Certification Mark Policy.

5. Impartiality

Zolabix is committed to impartiality in all certification activities. Auditors and other personnel involved in the certification process will not be subjected to any pressure or influence that could compromise the objectivity of audit findings or certification decisions. 6. Confidentiality

All information obtained during the certification process is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the client, except where required by law or accreditation body requirements.

7. Complaints and Appeals

Zolabix maintains a formal complaints and appeals procedure. Any complaints or appeals regarding certification decisions should be submitted in writing to alan@zolabix.co.za. All complaints will be acknowledged, validated, investigated and resolved in accordance with our documented procedure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Zolabix (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, Zolabix (Pty) Ltd does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the content. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
